Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all Trango tags still attached to ensure a smooth inspection process.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
